HighGlow Music presents: Distance

Hello everyone,
my apologies for not posting any mixes for the last months but I have been extremely busy with my professional and personal work and I barely had any time for myself. A lot of new things are, and will be, happening soon in my life (more on this in the upcoming months), and even though this is a great thing for me it affects HighGlow in such way that I will not be able to be posting mixes monthly anymore. I have even reached to the point where I was considering to completely stop running this Blog, but my love for this music and my small fan base makes me not to consider this yet.
So, HighGlow Music will still remain active but I will only be posting mixes whenever I do get the free time, instead of monthly ones. This will also affect the creation of any CUE files, original cover art and any wallpapers.
I suggest that you subscribe to the iTunes Podcast, to the RSS Feeds, to the Mailing List or to the Official Facebook Fan Page for receiving instant updates and notifications whenever a new release is available.
That’s all from me for now. I will leave you with the latest release, ‘Distance’.
A one hour mix of some lovely melodic productions in Progressive music, perfect for listening in your car or while traveling. I hope you are having a great summer season and enjoy the music.

Good but bad news I guess! I know several of us will miss your music, but I also know how tough it is to do this purely as a hobby. It’s been a melodic ride

Not necessarily very bad news. At least I’m not shutting the blog down. There will be times where I will be able to do regular mixes, and times that I will not be able to do any at all. At least all I want is not to be committed on any deadlines for something that is a casual hobby. I have enough deadlines with my work already
It’s been indeed a melodic ride

On a night that i was…..attuned to the vibes of this style of music, if you get my drift, my friend put a cd in my car with your “From Dusk till Dawn” mix he put the bass on max and turned up the volume…..i was blown away and put closer to pure musical ecstasy than i had ever been before in my life. I’ve been a big fan ever since, keeping a full collection of your old and new work on my hard drive. Even though it would be heart breaking for you to stop putting out mixes, i understand that life is an ever changing ride.
Anyway, i just wanted to say how much i’ve appreciated your work. Thanks
-Ben

Sad to hear that you won’t be updating this blog as often Loris. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed your mixes since discovering this site about 6 months ago. But I definitely understand how the pressures of the outside world can impinge on recreational activities like DJing.
I look forward to your next mix, whenever it may come.
